Gemma Rowe from A.E. Dooland’s ( @asynca ) amazing book Solve for i :)
Sarah’s face was so animated as she scrolled through the albums, and watching her eyes light up when she remembered something special that had happened, or somewhere amazing we’d been together, or someone cool we’d met… it was way more interesting than the photos.
From the novel Solve for i by A E Dooland (me!): a wlw story about desperately trying to fall out of love with your straight best friend before you ruin everything.
Solve for i is on sale this week for $0.99! Why not take a tiny little risk on this big gay book?
This art is by the wonderful @superrisu - she’s open for commissions at the moment and she’s absolutely a joy to work with!
More Gemma from @asynca‘s Solve for I, featuring iconic Giraffe Onesie Gemma.
So, now I guess it needs to be asked.... is Gemma a numerator or a denominator? *awkward eyebrow-wiggle*
I think the scene with Natalie in Natalie’s office would have answered that question for you? ;D
I kinda have a feeling that with Natalie even those who are normally tops end up bottoms... but yeah, Gemma does give some hardcore 'denumerator' vibes. :D
Num/dem LOL, I love this shorthand XD
Mikey spoke first. “What are you doing here?” she asked eventually.
Well, at least she was listening, I guess? “I-I wanted to talk to you.”
When Gemma goes to try and apologise to Mikey, Chapter 28 of Solve for i, a big gay novel by indie author A E Dooland (me!).
If you like your gays shy, nerdy, freckled and redheaded and want to read about girls like that trying to navigate questioning their sexuality, why not read the first twelve chapters for free? The ebook will be released on the 12th of February! Follow me here or on Twitter or Facebook for news!
This stunning art is by the fabulous @about92bleachedrainbows - who actually read the entire web series while it was posted. I let her choose which scene she wanted to draw and this is the amazing piece of work she came up with <3 Follow her and appreciate all her fantastic art!
For the person who asked, here’s another one of those clothing set reference thingies!
I did a really casual one for Gemma and Mikey :3
(before you asked, I use polyvore <3)
I heard there was nearly no Gemkey art for @asynca‘s Solve for I so I’m teaching myself how to draw Gemma so I can help rectify that.
