after the grammys, kai was in their hotel room scrolling on twitter and found a funny tweet about the lack of food at the grammys. they sent it to gemma and that's kind of what their texting relationship has become. they literally just send each other silly memes or tweets or videos they see on their feeds and though they rarely ever actually send anything outside of reacting to those messages (or joking about something they both witnessed at a meeting or rehearsal or some other work event), that's lowkey how they build their friendship.
