Zirconia. Part human, part gem. Gem is located on her chest, covered by her shirt.
I suppose this would be a rendition of me if I were a gem, seeing as I made her to look like me. I also suppose this would be considered my introduction, since there are a few of us sharing this blog. Zirconia will be the name I use on this blog, and the tag for my artwork. Each of us will have a unique tag, so you will know who is posting. :)
Back to the gemsona. I am by no means a digital artist, however I thought I would at least try to colour my personal gemsona. Her gem is a diamond, but since she is only half gem, she calls herself Zirconia (cubic zirconia being a manmade diamond). Her gem is usually covered by her shirt, seeing as she doesn’t like to give too much away about herself before getting to know someone. Like any normal human she likes to learn, and her gem reflects this. She can use projections similar to Pearl, but her weapons also vary. She doesn’t focus on just one, picking up on other gems’ weapons and using them; practicing when she can. Though, she enjoys using shards that she can project outwards and manipulate, or use to create an outer shell that is hard and sharp. She has a calm and quiet personality, but is smart, resilient, quick to learn and can have a temper if protecting those close to her. She doesn’t have much of an origin story as of yet, but is very independent and grew up on her own for the most part. Updates will come as ideas come to us, so keep a look out. :)
Would Petrified Wood count as a ‘gem’?
