Fellow nonbinary friends, what is your experience as a nonbinary person like?

I identify as gender fluid, and for me, some days I feel Woman Deluxe® but not fully woman, some days I feel undescribably nothing, some days I feel unearthly. Some days I feel masculine. Most days I don't feel like anything describable. I feel like nothing, even. Gender-fluidity is like opening a party favor bag at an 8-year-olds birthday party each morning, or even each moment at times. Did I get a glow in the dark bouncy ball this time? Did I get a kazoo? Both?

When things go right

as a gender-fluid person I can vouch that picking out outfits ahead of time rarely goes right,

But I was hoping to appear in a beautiful dress today at a formal events and to my extreme satisfaction It felt all right today.

@ all the queer kids with religious families:

when i told my mom that i was nonbinary, she actually became MORE in tune with her spirituality, as she believes in a god that we were created in the image of, a perfect union of man and woman, and realized that it was perfectly reasonable for there to be humans like that too!

obviously, your safety comes first, and this is a personal experience, but it’s important to remember that your identity does not have to contradict you or your family’s beliefs. and for y’all that have to stay in the closet:

i’m so, so proud of you for staying strong in these hard times. you are so brave, and I hope you can live how you wish one day.

my grandmother bought me some binders that i asked for and i’m so happy you guys i’m so happy she even got me the one for swimming in and it comes with swim trunks i’m actually tearing up they’ll be here in late march which is awhile but they’ll be here and i’m just so relieved
