I thought this was a very interesting and well-presented video!  This breakdown of stereotyping and both its origins and repercussions is great, especially the point on the self-fulfilling prophecy. Stereotypes act in a similarly limiting way that the construction of gender does in the sense that there is human construction and intervention where a natural spectrum of order exists.
