Round 1, Match 75 — Genderfae vs. Achillean
Which pride flag do you prefer?
Genderfae
Achillean
GENDERFAE Definition: Genderfae, also known as genderdoe or genderthil, is a form of genderfluidity that never encompasses male or masculine genders. Genderfae individuals can be fluid between any range of feminine genders, unaligned or neutral genders (such as aporagender), or genderlessness, but they never experience masculine genders. Genderfae is sometimes considered a non-masculine subset of fluidflux. The alternative terms genderdoe and genderthil have been coined for those who do not want to use "fae". There is currently a movement to solidify into only using genderdoe or genderthil due to fae being revered in certain cultures. Flag creator: strbwryfemme Colour meanings: Unknown
ACHILLEAN Definition: Achillean is a romantic and/or sexual orientation that describes a male or non-female individual that is attracted to male and non-female individuals. One may or may not be attracted to other genders as well. This label is used to unify all men and enben who love other men and enben under an umbrella. This includes gay (vincian, veldian, erosian, or uranian), bisexual, pansexual, m-spec, and queer men and enben, promoting solidarity among all of these identities. The term can be used as a modifier combined with other identities to specify that one prioritizes their attraction to and relationships with other men/enbys. It may also be used as an identity on its own and may be particularly useful for individuals who know they are attracted to men/enbys but may be uncertain if they are attracted to other genders. It can also be used to describe a relationship between the same/similar gender. It can be used as the non-exclusive counterpart to vincian. Vincian and achillean are the men-loving-men counterpart to turian and floric. It uses the gender-loving-gender (GLG) format, making it a juvelic orientation. Flag creator: Pride-Flags (2016) Colour meanings: Both flags have two blue stripes on the top and bottom = men. In the center is a green carnation. In ancient Rome and 19th century England, green = gay affiliations. Victorian men would often pin a green carnation on their lapel, as popularized by author Oscar Wilde. In general, the achillean flag represents joy.
