I was in a store the other day where men and women share the same change rooms. I was carrying men's clothes and buddy said, "You know those are men's clothes" in front of everyone. I just said, "Yes, can I try them on now?"

It's Friday! What was your #GenderWin for the week?
I'm still riding on my #genderWin from last week - legal name and gender change!
What was yours?
So I talked to my schools principal and they got ride of my gym based (which I would have to use gendered changing rooms for) health requirement! Also my high school is going to get a gender neutral bathroom before the school year starts. Thanks for the info/ inspiration :)
Wow, this is amazing to hear! Congratulations. Can you tell us more about how you did this (maybe link to a post) so that others can learn the process?
A #genderwin for Neutrois. This is the Trader Joe's in Sunnyvale, CA: they now have two gender free restrooms rather than male/female. I'm not sure how long it's been like this, but win for them anyway!
It's Friday! What was one (or two, or a few) #GenderWin you had this week?

I had several, including the Gender Spectrum Conference, and perhaps deciding on a new name!
(and a genderwin! O: ) I was in a google+ hangout with some kids from my college's FB page, and despite what was listed from my email, when I introduced myself with a more gender neutral nickname, it felt pretty amazing hearing them all address me with it. It's taken some getting used to, but the few people I've told from my class have all been respectful and supportive.
#GenderWin!
not sure if this counts as a #genderwin, but thought i'd share anyway... came out to my boss today as both trans* and asexual and he was really awesome about it :D i also told him about pissing all over my toilet seat as a result of an STP device and a ballistic 5mo puppy, and he cracked up laughing! :)
Coming out is so hard to do, and getting a positive response is amazing. Congratulations!
