Just because some teens make, what is in your opinion, a 'bad' choice doesn't mean all teens act the same way and it definitely doesn't mean you have a right to say we're any less intelligent than adults. That in itself is very close minded and something an unintelligent person would say. Yes, science has proven our brain stops developing in our mid twenties but that does not mean we stop learning or start learning at that age.
