So... At least one of Lila's moms knows her as Lila Rossi who attends FDP. Addressing this would be an interesting plot point. Her daughter just vanished... Or is Cerise keeping up a 'dead' persona?
What's the over/under on it never being discussed?
The multiple mom's thing was so insanely stupid that I never stopped to think about what it meant for the Lila reveal, but you're totally right. The mom we've known about since season two knows her daughter as Lila who goes to Françoise Dupont or at least that's what this scene from Catalyst pretty heavily implies:
Mrs. Rossi: (While using her phone) Who was that on the phone? Lila: Mom? You know perfectly well that was my boyfriend, Adrien. He misses me so much he can't stop calling. Mrs. Rossi: And school still hasn't reopened yet? Lila: No. It's too dangerous with all these akumatizations happening. Mrs. Rossi: (Phone rings) Ah, there he is now, your school principal.
And at least one of the other mothers also knows her in her Lila disguise:

So what happened to these two moms? Did Lila just disappear on them? Is she maintaining the Lila persona just for them? Why did she even need to have two moms while Lila? Does the third mom belong to yet another identity or was she tied to Lila, too? How did she even find these women and convince them she was their daughter? Plus she's underage and they'd all know that she was the alliance persona. Wouldn't they all think that they needed to be involved in her career?
What's the over/under on it never being discussed?
I would be stunned if the moms ever show up again. Lila - or whatever her name is - seem to be living on her own now begging the question of why she needed so many moms in the first place. I'm pretty good at coming up with ways you could make this show's ideas work but for this one I've got nothing. It's pointless and absurdly complicated.
My best guess is that the moms were only introduced as a way to quickly establish that Lila is a master manipulator with multiple identities. I don't think the multiple mom thing actually did that because it raises so many questions, but maybe it works for the show's intended age group?
