I don't know if I'm misguided but I HATE when Amnesty International tries to stage 'torture scenes'...
I just want that to never happen again & then I can stop being very averse to their organization.

Simple gestures go a long way.
People, especially the elderly, still serve and work for their families. Poverty has hit the charts and not everyone can support themselves. People suffer the insufferable to provide for their love ones and endure all the harsh judgement and trials that come in their way. Yes, they may not be smart enough or rich enough to get educated degrees, but they still provide some kind of service for us. They help make our world easier, anything from keeping garbage off the streets to driving us to work or school. Holding the door, helping them carry something, or simply saying thank you is a sign of respect and gratitude towards the things they do for us, even if it's not major. Just take this as a kind reminder to say thank you and to respect everyone around you, no matter what their social class or being. You may just be the light or spark of happiness to their day and it can go a long way.
It's funny..
what someone think's is not attractive about them or something they don't like, is usually what makes them them or what makes them attractive in fact.
