so, today during dinner my sister was making herself some rice and was mentioning to my grandmother that it's her favorite food and whatnot

and my grandmother said "katie, you know what's going to happen your eyes if you eat too much rice? You're gonna turn chinese!" 

and then it got really uncomfortable...
