Well, maybe I'm a mess
And maybe I'm depressed
And maybe I'll just find out who I am, and I won't like who it is
a word from Kiah Paxton:
"Hi, my name is Kiah. Pronounced KYE-AH, 'cause I am not a brand of car. I'm a Leo, for what that is worth.
Some of my favorite things to do are play my guitar, listen to music, and do yoga.
I can be forgetful and messy sometimes, but somehow I always figure it out. I guess I am just lucky that way.
Oh, and uh. I am studying to become a doctor. And yeah, I know. I am not very interested in science. But being a doctor makes a lot of money, and I am interested in that."
Kiah's traits:
Absent-Minded
Slob
Virtuoso
Athletic
Lucky
Kiah has a lifetime wish to be a One Sim Band (which is to max out the skill on all instruments). As she stated herself, she wants to become a doctor because of the money. She grew up very poor, so she is interested in a career that will prevent her from being poor in the future. And (even though she wouldn't admit it herself) she does want to help people.
She has a wide range of music taste, that doesn't stick to any one genre or era. ♡

burning up
I was spending a relaxing morning watching TV after waking up around brunch time, and all of a sudden I smelled burning and the fire alarms went off.
According to the girl across the hall, an electrical fire started in her oven. I barely had time to put shoes on before we had to evacuate the building. It was warm outside, luckily.
And one of the firefighters that responded was pretty cute, so that was a plus.

a knock at the door
I was trying to decompress by doing yoga after an eventful day, when there is a knock on my door. I answer it to find the firefighter from earlier at my doorstep.
He was asking about the girl across the hall, and if I knew when she would be back. I said that I had no idea, and that I hadn't seen her since the incident this afternoon.
"It will probably be a while."
"Shit." He seems stressed.
"You can hang out here, if you want to wait." I don't know why I said that.
"Really?"
"Sure."
And that is how I got a strange man in my apartment.
