Queen of dolls creates an evil team/villain organisation
(Warning fetish content ahead)
So this is a baby I've had for a while but finally got around to expanding it. An evil villain TF/transformation type faction with heavy generification themes(Focus on conformity, uniformity, blandness TF) to explain the basics.
The organisation is a sinister megacorp called M.A.I.D(Machine artificial intelligence development.) yeah I had fun coming up with the name and working back from it.
M.A.I.D started up long ago as a robotics company that androids and neural net AI to consumers along with computer hardware or even private commissions for extremely wealthy clients which allowed them to build up the funds for their black projects such as brainwashing, augmentation, neuro drugs and nanomachine research using public fronts such as education, public works projects, political lobbying and construction.
The corporations schools would set up in a region to begin indoctrination of a population center to spread M.A.I.Ds values which met little resistence at first due to the schools 100% acedemic success rates but as students left to embed themselves into politics, media and more these areas soon fell under M.A.I.D's sway of infulence as creativity was wiped out, censorship mandates lobbied by government, authoritarian laws creeping in and techno neo brutalist architecture spreading.
Truth about the facilities the company runs is they brainwash the students and employees who adopt a sterile conformist mindset along with loyalty to the company. Things like art or culture fade away replaced by a desire of work, unity and scientific advancement with those aware of M.A.I.D's plan quickly unpersoned, redacted or re-educated.
The corporation never started out with this sinister idealogical project, as noted they started by selling machines but the current course started around the time their 5th CEO Lillian Dior came onto the scene.

Nobody knows much about her past or where she really cropped up from but seeing the divisions in the world, the poisoning of politics, human decency degrading in her eyes and wasteful culture wars; she decided to take action to bring a new idealogy of unity to the world through conformity, thus begin M.A.I.D's push to spread itself.
Those that join the staff are often brainwashed, gaslit, put through cybernetic surgeries, given a cocktail of nanites, regulation devices and more to create perfect uniformed workers loyal to the companies ideals of uniformity.

DoctorTech: Medical personal, work with getting new employees prepared for treatment and augmentation work.
Teachtech: Education staff, run schools, higher education facilities and embed themselves in towns, cities, worlds to spread the companies values slowly.
Securitytech: Private military, facility security staff.
AdminSystem: The meat and potatos of M.A.I.D they are the office workers running IT, special projects, aquisations, banking, stock market sabotage, real estate and any other tasks that are needing done.
M.A.I.D Counter intelligence: Doing the dirty work from sabotaging rival mega corps, controlling lobbyists, ruining politicians that might be a threat to the company, they are also the handlers of manchurian candidates or sleeper agents/assets etc.

(So thats the details, very much a TF kink thing but they also funcation as a horror story antagonist group too, the venn diagram between horror and kink is very real. Beyond that also fun for cyber punk stories or sci fi political thrillers :p)
