It was... odd to see Genesis like this. Healthy, sane, though he could only tell from a distance that he hasn’t started to degenerate yet from his cells. He’s not yet the monster he would become later on, one that would embrace his entire self. He... envies the other. For his flexibility later on because Angeal could not stomach the thought, of being less then human.
It was coming to a close, the end of the 1st day around the bon fire. And -
“Genesis.” he says, acting as if surprised to see the other. “I...didn’t know they brought you here.” the bon fire was a soothing presence behind him.
