we do a bunch of examples until we know what we should be doing. kind of like math where the more you do it, the easier it gets.

and with piano/band/singing/eartraining that’s just stuff i have to improve there’s nothing exactly to study for.

man just be like me and write down literally every slide the teacher shows on the presentation which is hard as shit because they go through those fuckers sonic fast im writing for a solid hour my hands hurt

my teachers don’t do powerpoints!! most of my classes are skill based

my music theory teacher basically tells us rules to follow when writing music and it’s mostly just remembering all these rules so, well, that wont work for me :(
