I LOVE THIS MAN 

he just gave a HUGE FUCKING SHOUTOUT not only to one of the most talented women on broadway but also to all women on broadway. 

It is no secret that the ratio of actresses to the roles written for women is absolute BULLSHIT

and he recognized that in his speech in front of a shit ton of people and made a point of saying it so eloquently, while still giving proper thanks to everyone who needed to be thanked PLUS throwing the BEST shade at the assholes who DIDNT need to be thanked.
