a lot of the introjects in our system were earlier kins of mine (i was on fict media when i was very young) so its also hard when i used to be like “im (x) kin” but now x is also an alter because my kins were comfort and coping and i didn’t see them as like? memories/past lives. now i gotta explain to people i told i was kin with these some of characters that they’re alters
