Noel, the Time-Traveling Poet Episode 1
Wood by Taylor Swift, 2025 (context added for future lifeforms) Populist songwriter Taylor Swift publishes ode to mating partner's seminal apparatus. Charitable listeners add much-needed analysis to her dense lyricism on website for music enjoyers who do not know what anything is called "genius dot com". This all takes place on planet Earth which was incinerated in the great oops of 2027, but you can read about further in my book 'Alien Idiots: Rise and Fall of The Third Rock From the Sun' in craters near you now.
The Beatles are the only other act to simultaneously earn the first three positions on the chart.
Ariana Grande holds the top three spots on the Billboard Hot 100 this week following the No. 1 debut of her new album, thank u, next, becoming the first solo act to accomplish this feat. “7 rings” maintains its position at No. 1 for the fourth consecutive week, while “break up with your girlfriend, i’m bored” debuts at No. 2 and the former chart-topper, “thank u, next,” rises four rungs to No. 3.
The Beatles are the only other act to simultaneously hold the first three positions of the Hot 100, achieving the honor for five weeks in March and April 1964. Drake fell just short of duplicating the feat last summer, when he earned No. 1, No. 2, and No. 4 on the chart dated July 14, 2018, with “Nice for What,” “Nonstop,” and “God’s Plan.”
According to Billboard, women as lead acts have now spent seven weeks atop the Hot 100 for charts dated this year. This almost matches the total for the entirety of 2018, when women credited as leads tallied eight weeks at No. 1—including Grande’s six weeks at the top spot with “thank u, next.”
The report says both projects are coming before the beginning of July.

Fans of Tyler, The Creator and Calvin Harris may have new music to look forward to. Thanks to the Anon who made me look for this. Oh boy, do ya think it’s true?
Finally Figured It Out!
I spent most of the day after Eminem’s Kamikaze came out trying to figure out why the backtrack of Good Guy feat. Jessie Reyez reminded me of an anime.
Well, Genius.com revealed that it’s because the backbone of the song was a sample from Glassy Sky from Tokyo Ghoul!
Some people don’t particularly enjoy the songs that aren’t as hard hitting as The Ringer, Not Alike, Lucky You, etc., but I personally like the song. It’s a song that, like Stepping Stone, is a bit more personal and has a lighter, refreshing beat too that breaks from the heaviness of the other songs. Reyez is also someone that I haven’t heard of before, but I do want to check out more of her music now after listening to her features in Good Guy and Nice Guy.
