It's nice having my family around for a holiday again.
I miss *my* family, though.
And by family, I mean specifically my brother.
Everyone looks at me and expects me to either hate his guts or forgive him. I mean, I guess I forgive him? At least a bit. I understand why he did what he did. I don't hold it against him. I haven't, for years now. Only now am I finally voicing this.

Stop beating yourself up, I can hear the self-loathing from here, brother. I hope your days are much better now, wherever you've landed.
And uh. Sorry for stealing your hair ribbon a few times. I'll be honest, I'd steal it just to stim, it was a wonderful texture.
