So myself and a number of Marines from my detachment had the fortunate opportunity to go on a day trip to Philadelphia for a couple hours. Upon arriving, we quickly broke apart and did our own thing. Here's my buddy Mosby. She was my sight seeing friend for the day.

As we started walking, we came across something interesting. The architecture here is on point. Was pretty awesome to see.

As most people know, when you go to Philadelphia the one thing you gotta do is eat a Philly cheesesteak. So, that's what we all did. We heard about these two places on TV and decided to check them out. While others would argue for Pat's, I think the clear winner is Geno's. That bread. Oh, lawdy, that bread. Afterwards, we went to a place called King's Canoli. This bad boy was filled with Nutella creme and a smore's inside. Oh my lanta. It was fantastic.

After that, we jumped over to Eastern State Penitentiary to hopefully see some ghosts. No luck. We left early.

After all that fun, we saw a couple more sites like the Liberty Bell, a "rare" copy of the Constitution, and the Tomb of the Unknown Revolutionary Soldier. Pretty cool stuff.

To end it all, what else to do besides a night cap.
