Over the past couple of days, I have obtained quite a few books and while I have all my latest additions to my shelves still lying about I thought I could try and share them all.

I am unbelievably excited for every single one of these books. My top priorities will probably be The Lady’s Guide to Petticoats and Piracy by Mackenzi Lee, Prince Charming by Rachel Hawkins, and My Lady Jane by Cynthia Hand. I’ve read The Gentlemen’s Guide to Vice and Virtue also by Mackenzi Lee and absolutely loved it. I had it on my TBR for months and never managed to know what exactly it was about. So I kind of went in blind but I truly loved every second of it.

Lately, I’ve read a lot of sci-fi and fantasy series and it’s time for a break from series and the pressure of finishing them even when I’m not interested. I’m really excited for some more contemporary romance novels for my summer reads.

I had heard many good things about this novel from Booktube and decided to finally take the jump and pick it up. I say take the jump because romance and historical fiction are two things I don’t read a lot of. This book is basically both wrapped up with a bow. Mackenzi Lee executed this book perfectly!
