small orange acraea (acraea serena) from my walk today
#turns out what i thought were just short paths around our local spca charity shops is actually a small nature reserve#few birds but lots of butterflies!#camera held up okay though i was definitely having trouble focusing where i hadn't before#lepidoptera#butterflies#order lepidoptera#acraea#genus acraea#p sure the plant is tetraselago natalensis but i'm not 100%#field notes#m
