6 cocktails tasting. 8 seats minimal bar. This pro crafts cocktails like he's making sushi. First course - shizuoka yellow mandarin, diced daikon, shochu. Never had daikon in my cocktails but we loved the crispy dimension. Each course is an exquisite progression of flavors and spirits.
