They are both hackers, right? So that’s how I imagine they’d first “interact”

Ro encounters Reverb while going through Tony’s stuff or something, but has no idea who that hacker is

And then they meet in person at Midtown. Geo knows who Ro is because Tony tried to recruit her during CA: CW just like he did with Peter (except Ro turned him down). Ro for once as no clue who she really is.

This would make her be wary at first because she’s used to knowing other people’s secret (read Peter’s) and not the other way around.

But once she learns Geo is Reverb it’s like all respect

Hacking together

Also in relation to hacking, if Geo doesn’t own a rubber duck Ro will buy her one.

“What do you mean you code, but you don’t own a rubber duck? If something’s wrong with your code who do you talk it out with?”
