And what was best, he did not have to dream it alone. Uriel was with him. The pain and isolation of their respective imprisonments became easier to bear every time they could share a vision. ~ ~ ~ So, I wrote a new Ernstmann/Uriel fic. I'm still not entirely sure if the dream-states we see Ernstmann have on the regular are something he comes up with on his own or if some of them are visions Uriel is sending him. The most recent episode gave me the impression though that he and Uriel coped for the last two millennia with their respective situation by sharing visions of an ideal world that lacks this horror. It’s an encouraging thought to have, you know.
