This document is the Correct Orthography of Geographic Names published on January 1, 1911. It was From the Legislative branch and published by the GPO.
It contains a list of all geographic names in the United states, with their location and most common misspelling. This document has important historical value, but it dates all the known geographic locations at the time and their name. A document like this is not needed today with the use of the internet and softwares like Google maps.
