Helpful buddies
I think that good access to public spaces whether it's indoor or outdoor spaces is very important. Having a good atmosphere affects our well-being. Making us feel safe helps reduce our stress. So the mentorship and sponsorship action I'm planning to commit to this year is to promote a healthy workplace. This is very important when working with someone who is interculturally competent and outside the supervisory relationship with a firm provide safe spaces based on feedback from stakeholders and performance so we can handle difficult situations at work. Support and caring by helping others can help reduce stress and the burden on the workload affects us as architectural or even landscape designers. Putting others through good training programs can also help which shows leadership from mentors helping the mentees. But we also need to make sure the spaces are accessible and equitable to everyone. I think the video I link shows what I'm planning to do to commit this year. These are some of the things that Isra, the architect who is also the project demonstrated and I learned a lot from her. My colleagues also provided help to me during my externship when I needed them.
