I didnt know sharks are in danger of extinction :(. well underwater world my museum for fishes , sharks , and rays etc. posted pictures of different kind of shark species. and show some being slaughtered. wow :/ it said to not eat shark fin soup. i dont know whats that.. awh sharkies :(

Oh gosh yes! Sharks are so endangered! 273,973 sharks are killed every DAY! That's over 100,000,000 (one hundred million) a year!

Shark fin soup is barbaric! People catch sharks in their nets, slice off their fins (to soak the fins in water later to make shark fin soup). After the fins are sliced off, the shark's still alive body is flung back into the water.

Sharks NEED to keep moving to live. But they can't move without their fins. So the shark sinks to the ocean floor and drowns. It's absolutely horrific and makes me SO sad and SO angry!

(don't look at the picture if you're sensitive. It's a shark being flung into the water without fins, sinking to the bottom of the sea)... so sad :'(

Never EVER buy from ANY shop that sells shark fin soup!! It's so horrible and genuinely makes me want to cry!

This Xmas I'm not asking for any presents off my parents, instead I'm going to adopt a shark so at least I can be guaranteed that ONE shark out there is protected because of me :)
