A new abstract art installation has found its way to Georgetown’s Rose Park. The Orange Step by DC artist Kiril Jeliazkov is a single painting broken down into 128 different 10 by 20 feet panels. Arranged in the outfield of the Rose Park tee ball diamond, it almost forces you to do a double take.
