Fri, Oct 06, 2017 – 1:59 PM JTC has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 10) to Zhao Yang Geotechnic for S$ 2.8 million. The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the 4,802 square metre site, which has a 20-year tenure and a gross plot ratio of 1.4.
