Yields were high and the lack of cooling weather will diminish the acidity levels that is a signature of Chablis. From 30 year old vines, this Grand Cru Vaudésir has the flinty / smoked aromatics where tropical notes of pineapple emerge. On the palate, elegant used oak compliments notes of pear, honey with acacia flower. While most GC Chablis have reached pricing of top tier 1er Burgundies, this one aligns with Burg Village prices.
