𝚃𝙷𝙴 𝚄𝙽𝙺𝙽𝙾𝚆𝙽 / 𝙱𝙴𝚂𝚃 𝙵𝚁𝙸𝙴𝙽𝙳 𝙶𝙾𝙰𝙻𝚂 —————————————— What emotion comes up first if you think of a scenario that you haven’t experienced yet? Does it frighten you? Does it make you excited? Does it make you anxious? Does it make you feel alive? How you define the unknown in your head, says a lot about you. It shows the level of your comfort zone. Have you ever heard the saying: your comfort zone will kill you? I used to be so afraid of the unknown, it used to bring anxiety and overthinking out of me. I literally didn’t believe in myself enough to do certain things. So I didn’t, it was easier not to. And I hated myself for it, in my head I created this wall I couldn’t get across and never really pushed myself either. I just couldn’t. And then I met my best friend @carlajokr and that changed everything. Every time I would complain about something I couldn’t do but wanted to, her response would literally be: well, do it then. What’s stopping you? And I couldn’t really say anything. She was there for me every step of the way when I was crossing my fears, filling me with positive sides of the scenarios and I realized, complaining about shit just made me negative. I just kept finding excuses to not cross my fear. But she wouldn’t let me fall. #unconditionallove❤️ The unknown doesn’t scare me anymore. It’s rather exciting actually. It’s okey to feel anxious when you’re doing something for the first time but it’s the fact that you acknowledge it, that’s what matters. You are so strong, you’ve survived everything life has thrown at you and you’ll survive this as well. Don’t let fear control you, live your life the way you want to. Dream big, hope is such a strong emotion, if you really want it, you’ll get it. Shift your focus. If you really want it, you’ll make it work and you’ll get it. It all literally is in your mind, baby.
