MANGO AS GERMICIDAL SOAP
Written by Ashley Dumlao
Mango trees are found and can be seen everywhere. Mango belongs to the family Anarcardiaceace. We conducted a research study about mango and we found out that mango have antibacterial, antiviral, analgesic, immune-modulatory, and anti-inflammatory activities.
My realizations are every plant we see have their own purposes that can benefit us. We, Filipinos love to eat mango fruit, but we did not know that its leaves can contribute a lot, especially in killing bacteria, removing body odor, and dirt. Nevertheless, we can make germicidal soap out of mango, and it is less expensive and also it is organic.
