As it turns out, my next-door neighbor (and fellow Krazee-Eyes ((lady)) Killer), DJ Shanto, is a bonafide DJ.... 

Who could've known with the 160 bpm's blaring at all hours of any given weeknight?!  He gave me some of his live sets the other day and I must say, they are legit.  The above is a clip he used in his most recent mix.  It is the "Axwell & Dirty South" mashup of Sweet Disposition by The Temper Trap.

If you don't know the song already, you hipster/emotional types will recognize it as the highlight of the (500) Days of Summer soundtrack.
