Can we have an alternative uprising, please? It should be illegal for companies not to hire someone because they have piercings and tattoos. There's no, "Well, you knew that when you got the piercing" or "well, it's unprofessional." Who is in charge of what is professional? It changes every 5 seconds, but for some reason, the world is content to hold the line at piercings and tattoos. A piercing and tattoo do not affect you in any way. They don't get in the way of doing a job. If there are construction jobs where a piercing would be ill advised, that's different and, even then, up to the worker what they want to risk. Someone else's piercings or tattoos have nothing to do with you, so why in the world is a corporation allowed to get involved in someone's style choice?
