Lauren and her husband bought a bland new-build home. She didn’t like the gray & white look and wanted to put up colorful wallpaper. She didn’t know how to wallpaper and then found stick-on vinyl. That was the answer. This is the entrance hall before.
And, here it is after. She found that sticky vinyl didn’t come in many bold prints, so she launched her own company, called “Get Kooky” (with vinyl). And, this is her house, “Home of Get Kooky.” She has an online store and does ship to the US.
Her living room is a stunning deep forest green and bright pink.
They loved the kitchen, but the builder didn’t put a backsplash in. The inexpensive, attractive solution?
You guessed it- stick-on vinyl.
The downstairs powder room got a facelift with vinyl walls, too.
At first, she painted the stairway walls.
Then, she repainted the wall, and started to fill the inserts with vinyl.
Then, she took the carpet off the stairs, painted them pink, and added vinyl to the kick plates.
This is her home office for “Get Kooky.” Notice the vinyl-covered desk.
Her master bedroom is dark with pops of color. Isn’t it pretty?
The main bath is a lively pink & blue.
The tub surround is covered in a pretty vinyl print. Personally, I don’t know how I’d be with vinyl walls- I always get bubbles and creases.
Note that altho this is separated into 9 distinct thoughtsteps, lots of the concepts got smeared together and it was really only like 3 thoughts.

Really, she should be more prominent in Kanaya Does Fashion AUs. Physicist that really only does fashion design as a hobby but manages to come up with innovative designs with very little effort.
Kanaya is, like, Amadeus-Salieri-type jealous, only with less murder.
