well this came just in time for my new leggings/workout clothes mini haul to be delivered. i didn’t want to even open the package until i hit 178 on the scale. I honestly hope they don’t get here until monday so i will be extra “good” this weekend. i might not open the package until i hit 175 so ill be rocking freshly threaded eyebrows AND new leggings to the gym

Supps: 1 xenadrine pill, 3 green leafs
Day 1:
Food: 1 package of oatmeal, blueberry tea, water throughout the day, cheese backed potato, fruit punch juice.
Waist training: 4:30p - 2:30a (10 hours)
Sups: 1 xenadrine pill with breakfast.
