#Repost @jerrymac92 ・・・ So I went for my first sensory deprivation float today. I'm not sure how put my experience in words altough it would probably be a waste of time as words can't really scratch the surface on something like this. I had a few really deep realizations,one being that I'm constantly trying to gain friendship and acceptance from people I don't even necessarily like, why is it that we so desperately crave the attention of people who shut us down or make us feel small? The second thing I realized is that I'm drastically different from most other people, I spend hours reading into philosophy and thinking exceptionally deep and complex thoughts. I often get anxious about the fact that this makes we "weird in the eyes of most people my age. I'd rather spend my Fridays listening to a pod cast on string theory then going to the bar and making an ass hole out of myself, but that's okay I need to embrace who I am and not try to put up false interests in order to feel accepted. Long story short this is an experience everyone needs to have in order to look deeply inside themself and see through the cloud of bullshit we all have floating around our head. Limitless

Wrote my Philosophy final about living the good life by connecting with your inner being and essentially coming to a realization that you truly have no limit on what you can accomplish. I didn’t even know it at the time but @sensory-exploration was absolutely an inspiration for this one😌👌🏼
