Bullying is NEVER acceptable, whether its cyber, verbal, or physical bullying . You never know how your actions or words may affect another persons' life. The fact that a young man (18)would viciously attack a 16 year old autistic boy, and someone took the time to record it is disturbing, disgusting, and heartbreaking.
