Headspace Meditation
Day two of my headspace experience. I'm really loving this. I might end up using this in one of my programs! My mind feels much lighter after completing their 10 minute...meditation experiences? (I don't want to call them exercises because that would imply that I'm actually physically or mentally trying to do something when in reality it's more about simply allowing what comes to come and being at ease with it). Anyway, I'm very happy that I found out about headspace and will continue with it every day!
