Isn't it nice when you don't have to think, cutie? When you can just sink into a fuzzy, quiet headspace. When your mind and body feels safe enough with someone there to look after you that you can let all of the complicated things go. When those racing thoughts calm down, and you finally feel at peace.

No need for a sweet little thing like you to worry or stress, not when your head is in my lap, and I'm softly speaking. It's not even important that you understand what I'm saying. I don't expect anything from you. You can just be.

Comfy, cozy, safe, and adored. You're safe right now. Despite everything else going on, you're safe in this moment.

so listen i fucking hate landlords but! i think we gotta stop making fun of landlords for "passive income" and stick to focusing on the way they, you know, get that income by exploiting people, by withholding the basic human right for shelter from others.

people love to be like oh landlords dont do any actual work like the rest of us, but like? a lot of disabled people cant do "actual work" either. people hate us because we collect ssi (if we can even get through those hoops) without working "real" jobs or creating any value that capitalism cares about. some of the stuff ppl say abt landlords sounds exactly the same. landlords DO suck but the way some of yall talk about them rlly shows that youre still stuck in a capitalist and christian and ableist mindset, where you think everyone should struggle to justify their existence, their right to food and shelter, their right to survive.

personally i think we should ALL get passive income (universal basic income <3) because we have inherent value regardless of how much we work. we just shouldnt impoverish our fellow people to do so!

🌌💡My tribute to OMORI💡🌌

Zoom in please, there's a bunch of tiny details!! Can you spot every reference to the game?? 👀

I finished this in 2023 after working on it for over 3 months (with breaks and homework getting in the way ofc!). I've just edited the Omori in the middle because it looked a bit off, but everything else is from back then! This is my largest illustration so far, my computer was lagging SO BADLY (like, seriously) because of that, and I was still kind of a noob in digital art at the time, so tbh I'm still very happy this piece ended up existing at all!!

Since I was little I've always loved making drawings with a lot of characters and stuff in my sketchbooks and the like, so being able to actually do something like that in a digital illustration felt like a big achievement and a little tribute to myself as well hehe

Here are some of my fave close ups + the longest timelapse you'll ever see in your life probably (yep, I made individual pieces of most characters featured here as well, I'll post those later on!). If you're having trouble playing the video you can watch it here too!
