Im want to get insured (which is acutally mandatory but my parents dont care so Im not) and as soon s I am my friends are planning on hauling my to a doc to get me reffered to a psychologist. How do I best go about this? I thought I may write what mental health symptoms I have had in the past 3/4 years (is that too long? im nearly 18 and I ve had issues for like 10 yrs) and just hand them to them cause if its just plain facts I cant downplay it (which i tend to do) ty for the good work!
