Finished! Juices on top of juices! Plus a green smoothie divided into the two little mason jars because I ran out of containers. The red one is beet + kitchen sink and it is my fave! Under it is a carrot juice and blended orange with a double dose of ginger that left me sweating a bit it is so strong! Less ginger next time. On the bottom next to the fridge wall is a cucumber melon I made to try and use up the melon in a fruit tray I bought before it went bad. That one is like spa day on the real. #calgontakemeaway in a bottle! There are two other green juice mixtures that involve the power blend and parsley plus cucumber, green apple, and celery in some combination. All are finished with lemon to help preserve them over the next few days. All I have left for tonight is a salad for tomorrow’s lunch and warming up leftovers for tonight. Then I can crawl back under the covers and rest some more before this week. My formal observation is later this week so prayers appreciated!
