Gil x Evie headcons thanks you ♡

 - as much as Evie loves his help, she very carefully has to watch Gil in the chemistry lab

 - he doesn’t understand a thing about her notes, but Gil helps her study and rewards her with kisses

 - Gaston never valued education, so Gil is a lot further behind than Evie is, but she always helps him with homework and accompanies him to the library

 - but he teaches her how to swim and Evie clings to his neck in the water, even where it’s shallow enough for her feet to touch

 - afterwards, even though she’s totally okay, Evie asks him for CPR just as an excuse to make out

 - good luck smooches before tourney games (because Gil makes the team easy peasy) and science tests

 - Evie asks him to do that YouTube challenge of “My Boyfriend Does my Makeup” and Gil responds with “but I think you’re already pretty without it” and Evie just turns red and keeps smiling

Have any GilxEvie headcanons to share?

- Gil used to sneak Evie a couple pieces of food from Ursala’s restaurant and Evie would give him some small clothing items in return (gloves, rings, hats)

- Evie is super protective of Gil so if someone foolishly decides to criticize him for whatever dumb reason, there will be absolute hell to be payed

- Pet names tho (“honey” “sugar” “cutie” “babe”, and a lot more)

- Getting massages once a month because if your a good looking couple than you might as well be a good feeling couple

- Uma and Harry would have been so not okay with whoever Gil dates because there is logically supposed to be no one good enough for their pure af friend, but there is just something sort of motherly, yet powerful, about Evie that lets them know that she is the perfect fit for Gil

- Hand holding 24/7 isn’t really a priority but usually just ends up happening anyways

- Leaving cute notes in eachother’s lockers throughout the day

- Both are usually pretty busy (Evie making clothing and Gil helping out with Uma’s crew) but they always manage to make time for eachother

- Really sweet homemade dinners

I have the headcanon that Evie and Gil would have been pretty good friends or even lovers on the Isle if they had the chance before D1 & D2 (helps that both families are obsessed with vanity).

Gil is slow on the uptake but very honest, and I think Evie would value that, especially once they got to Auradon and she started up her fashion line, he’d be a good casual male critic.

On the other hand, Gil would admire her beauty (inner and outer) and cheer her up whenever she seemed down.

Like Evie, I think Gil would flourish in Auradon as a person and intelligence wise. Evie would knock down anyone a peg for making the boy upset, no doubt.

If they were just friend, I think Gil would love Doug and love scaring the dwarf descendant despite Evie’s scolding. Evie would definitely get him a girlfriend if she had the chance (Kinda ship Gil x Jane)

If they were dating, Evie and Gil would definitely be another ‘Beauty and the Beast’ couple, because even with his good looks, he’s got a lot of etiquette to learn.
