I work my ass off 6 days a week, I have family and friends I want to mantain a good relationship with, all things that take the majority of my time, I have barely time to be on this site or on the internet at all and you dare call me hypocritical just because I don’t reblog a few pics? That was just 1.25 minutes of an interview I'm sure she talked about her projects during the full interview. It's not her fault that was the part chosen she didn't personally put that out there. I think the part about her wedding was relatable to the question of taking time off believe me I am not a fan of this marriage at all but I seriously didn't see any harm in her answer. I would love to see the full interview I never get what they have them if we can't see the whole thing

Being a fan of the marriage or not is not important at this point and as someone that works freelance on the graphic sector of various italian media companies and being close to journalists that work for those companies and that interview and write articles about important italian celebrities and sometimes foreign celebrities too believe me when I tell you that 90/95% of the times what is being posted as a teaser of an interview like that 1.25 video was preapproved by her team and her by default, I agree with you there was no harm in the answer but again as someone that claims to keep her private life private it’s unusual for her to keep talking about her relationship every occasion that she gets, and I repeat myself again from someone that claims to be super private (remember that one time she sold her marriage “secrets” to that makeup/cream/random beauty products company with details about her marriage? No? Well she did that forreal) plus if you think about it the question could’ve been answered with her just telling she wanted some time off to focus on her personal life in general or just because she was working to much and she was tired of it at the time without exactly specifying that the reason she went on a break was her marriage, Dianna and her team know very well that her fanbase at this point and time is constituted on the majority by like 70% of people that follow her for her relationship with exceptions of the remaining 30% of people like me and you that care more about her job, so relationship talk or just mentions like this one sell better than work talk right now that’s one of the reasons ET Canada in her case posted that bit of interview instead of another bit with her talking about Novitiate, if you go to that twitter you can see that other celebrities bits or news are not all but on the majority about work related stuff because other fan bases are more interested in what kind of movies/projects/albums their celebrities will announce, drop or be in next. So yes there was nothing wrong with her answer but still it upsets the fewer and fewer fans that like her as a performer and not as a random married person that used to be famous because believe me if it goes on like this she will lose all those fans and just become the ex famous wife of a M&S band member, that is already happening unfortunately and it’s happening at an alarming fast pace. I 100% agree with you tho on the last part, I would love to see the full interview, it’s bullshit that they don’t post the entire thing for the people that want to know more.

Exactly, as long as she works and the roles she plays are interesting I don’t care about the sexuality of her characters tbh…and even if I have my opinions on her sexuality that doesn’t concern her work or what she plays on screen, like it should be for every actor in the buisness.

di's fandom that's expecting this movie to be gay are going to be disappointed. the struggles with sexuality is very much fixated on men.

The struggle with sexuality will be about remaining caste more than being fixated about men per se, yeah it will be an hetero storyline supposedly, but there is a chance that there will not be a talk about men but just about resisting temptation in general so that who watches the movie will interpret it as they want who knows , but really the fandom already knew that since it was confirmed when the first few articles/interviews about the movie came out, so nope I don’t think the fans will be disappointed, at least I know I won’t be.
