Canon!Gil: Beetleburg wasn't the first management trip thing that Gil went with his dad on. The first time, after one of those meetings, they accidentally grabbed each other's coats on the way out. Gil tripped on the longer hem and just turned it into an acrobatic maneuver, but Klaus' whole 'being built like a fucking brick wall' thing ripped a number of seams. (Despite the actual assessment having gone well, their host immediately thought that he was going to die for the crime of having witnessed this.)
LRGW!Gil: He and Luz are going to get along so well once they meet. Just Absolute Vibing. Don't know if I'll ever write it out, but at some point in the future they definitely create sillygoofy masked personas and pull a heist on someone's lair together. How effectively Gil's identity was actually concealed by this measure is a subject of heated debate. (The lair's owner certainly didn't know who it was. Eda handwaved it as fine because they both came out okay. Klaus and Tarvek both attempted to start a Disapproving Lecture about the stunt at the same time, in the same tone of voice, and then preceded to actively avoid both each other and Gil for the rest of the day.)
🤩 - So far Agatha is the most fun to write. LRGW!Agatha's altered childhood has left her with a pretty different perspective and a LOT more confidence then Canon!Agatha, which I really like exploring with my brain. It's one of the things that helped motivate me to actually write this series in the first place!
