From what I can see on the wiki page for the soundtracks, it looks like they’ve been released in June the last few years with some variation as to what time in June. So I would think we’ll hear about it soon, if all goes well!)

How do u feel about the Vincent and Catherine being akira's parents theory? (Ngl half demon akira would be Good Content lol)

I didn’t know it existed until this ask.

Honestly I don’t see how it’d work–and I don’t see Catherine as the type of person who would let anything of hers get away, so she doesn’t seem the sort of mother who’d willingly let her son go off to Tokyo on probation* without at least contacting him once, or reaching out to him in some way.

I also don’t think it works from a timeline perspective. Vincent is seen near his Catherine-canon age in a club in Persona 3 Portable, and Rise’s poster as an idol can be seen in the subways near/around Shibuya. Rise was about 14~15 in Persona 4, and she doesn’t look that much older on that poster. Mentions of Naoto Shirogane are still relevant when Goro Akechi is compared to her, so the events of P4 can’t be too far off from Persona 5′s timeline. This would mean P5 has to take place at the very least 3~5ish years after Persona 4, possibly more (though not exceeding ten years), and only a little more than that from 3. That’s not enough time at all for a half-demon/human hybrid baby to grow up.

If people want it as their headcanon for a half-demon AU then that’s cool, I just don’t think it applies to the game or even really matters in the end. Ren’s parents are meant to be utterly absent as a reminder of how alone and isolated he is, even by the very people who are responsible for him being alive.

*cracks knuckles* if it’s chill/cute songs you want… “Mariposa” by peach tree rascals is a chill, summery song talking about love, slightly upbeat

“Lo que siento” by cuco is also a love song, but slower with more lo-fi neon floating above the city vibes.

“Chanel” by Frank Ocean is also like that and it’s a mf classic. Like I listen to it almost everyday.

“Judy you hung the moon” by HARBOUR sounds like something you’d hear in a 50s teen love movie and it’s adorable.

And “idfc” by black bear BUT the tarro remix specifically me want to float off of my bed, like its a deep and transcendental vibe almost
