Ingredients
Ripe Banana(Plantain) – 2
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Sugar to sprinkle
Vanilla Icecream -2 scoops
Orange juice – 2 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Method
In a pan add ghee, add thin cut banana and fry in sim until cooked. Flip over to cook both sides. Saute them till golden brown. Sprinkle a little sugar when it is still warm.
