SAJKDHADA PRETTY MUCH
five seconds later:
Considering they’re immortal as long as they desire to live, and that a god can only be harmed by a fellow god, they ain’t very impressed or surprised.
Ghirias, Lord of the Earth, is also known as the Defender and Destroyer by her followers.
Once mortal, Ghirias ascended into godhood after stumbling upon the grave of the previous Lord of Earth and taking the power that sat in his skull. She attracted the attentions of Albarok and Tsuhiryss, who didn’t appreciate the idea that they could be replaced. They tried to eliminate Ghirias, but killing off a mortal with godlike powers is easier said than done, and it was only a matter of time before her outrage led to her to finally ascend into godhood.
It’s easier to be angry than afraid, after all.
Trying to get back into painting and it got a little out of hand
Featuring: a blue byrd, a Handsome Man, a disembodied wing thing, and Ghirias, Lord of the Earth
If you touched Ghirias the wrong way, you’d probably cut your hand
Remember Albarok? Remember when I said there were other Lords like him? Well here’s Ghirias, Lord of the Earth, and she’s still a wip here. Just know that there’s a whole lot of glowing and plant things and mortals ascending into godhood going on.
I love Ghirias... what's she like?
She’s Big, she’s Strong, and she’s Angery
When she started out being a new god, she was pretty furious about Albarok and Tsuhiryss trying to kill her, but she mellowed out over time into just being grumpy, tired, and just barely tolerating the other gods. Nonetheless, she can and will throw down with the other Lords if they get within arms’ reach and say something stupid.
She’s also a LOT more invested in how mortals feel about the gods doing things, and is way more likely to actually listen to people when they have problems. Albarok won’t care, Tsuhiryss only listens because he wants to know everything, but Ghirias will actually give feedback/do something about it. That being said, she also has way less tolerance for bad mortal behavior; if you do something morally abhorrent, Ghirias will kick down your door and maul you while Albarok and Tsuhiryss are like
is there ever the chance that any two gods that you've imagined, whether you've shown them to us or not, would actually like each other and get along? and, to take the question one step further, get into a relationship with all the potential great benefit/disaster that such a union would bring upon the world around them?
WELL......
Albarok and Tsuhiryss do like Ghirias because she brings something new to the table after having to deal with each other for x thousands of years.
Ghirias, on the other hand, is pretty conflicted about how she feels about ol’ Tsu and Alba. They tried to kill her when she was mortal, but it’s been a few hundreds of years since then and, because all three of them are immortal and Ghirias is forced to live with them, she might as well try to like them.
As for love and relationships, let’s just say that if any of them got together, that would be the start of the tragic backstory of a Soulsborne boss.
