For the Halloween thing, perhaps some Ghost Germany headcanons?
He’s actually a boring ghost
He haunts an apartment complex that was built an on old battleground
He is really nice to the people that live there and no one knows he is there
He doesn’t wanna scare anyone
But he does believe in Karma
He has his favorite people living in the complex and he’ll do little things to protect them
If a fellow neighbor is mean to his favorite people he’ll leave a faucet on in their apartment so it gets flooded
He’s also petty in other ways
If their is a neighbor that doesn’t pick up their dogs poop he’ll leave all the lights on in their house so their electric bill goes up
But he’s also Helpful
He always make sure people’s plants are watered
He is also really close to their pets
Especially because animals can see him
He always plays with the dogs and cats
He also cleans the house sometimes (little things like dusting and wiping down the counter)
He tries not to go digging through their personal stuff
But sometimes he does sneak into an office and read some transcripts or documents
He also watches TV when no one is home so he can stay up to date
